Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 September 2026

Tidara Tech is a trading name of SGITR LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We build private AI assistants for businesses and for individuals.

This policy covers everyone we hold information about — people who visit this website, people who get in touch, our customers, and the people whose details pass through a customer's assistant. It is written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we'll explain it rather than pointing you at a clause.

The short version

1. When you visit this website

We use privacy-respecting analytics that count page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. We can see that a page was viewed, roughly where in the world from, and which page sent you — not who you are.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not share website traffic data with advertisers.

The assistant on this site

If you use the chat on this site, what you tap and type is used to have that conversation and to help us respond usefully. If you choose to give us your name and mobile number at the end, that becomes an enquiry — see the next section.

2. When you get in touch

If you contact us — through the chat, by email, or by message — we keep:

We use it to reply to you, to work out whether we can help, and to keep track of the conversation so you don't have to repeat yourself. It goes into our own customer records. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to anyone else's list.

Messages

If you give us your mobile number, you are agreeing that we may reply to you by text message. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan and carrier. You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP or simply telling us to stop — either works, and we treat both the same way.

We do not message people who have not asked to hear from us, and we never buy, rent or share phone numbers.

3. When you become a customer

Building an assistant means it needs to know things. What it knows depends entirely on what you choose to connect and share, and you decide that at your own pace.

Depending on what you ask for, that may include:

We use it for exactly one thing: running the assistant you asked us to build, and supporting it. Nothing else.

If you connect messages or email

Some assistants are asked to keep an eye on an inbox or a message thread. This is optional, it is off unless you ask for it, and it is limited to the specific accounts you point it at. You can change your mind or disconnect an account at any time. An assistant does not listen to your microphone or read anything you have not connected.

4. Other people's information

Your assistant will inevitably hold details about other people — your customers, your staff, your family, people who write to you. Two things follow from that.

What we do: we treat that information exactly as we treat yours. It stays on your infrastructure, it is not pooled or sold, and it is not used to train anything.

What you should know: where the information belongs to your business's customers or staff, you remain responsible for it under whatever rules apply to you, and we act on your instructions in handling it. If someone asks you to delete their information, tell us and we will remove it from your assistant.

5. Where it lives, and who can reach it

No system is perfectly secure and we will not claim otherwise. If something happened that affected your information, we would tell you promptly and plainly.

6. Who else is involved

Running an assistant means using a small number of outside services — hosting, AI model providers, messaging, and backup storage. They process information only to deliver the service to you, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We do not send your information to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. If we are ever legally compelled to disclose something, we will tell you unless the law forbids it.

If you want the specific list of services involved in your build, ask and we will give it to you.

7. How long we keep things

Customer information is kept for as long as we are running your assistant, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back — unless you ask us to delete it sooner, in which case we do.

Enquiries from people who don't become customers are kept while the conversation is live and for a while after, then removed.

8. What you can ask us to do

Whoever you are, and wherever you live, you can ask us to:

Email hello@tidaratech.com and we'll do it. We won't make you fill in a form, and we won't charge you.

Depending on where you live you may have additional legal rights — for example under California or European law. We apply the list above to everyone rather than sorting people by postcode.

9. Children

Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. A family assistant may hold details a parent has entered about their own children — appointments, school forms and the like — and that information is treated with the same protections as everything else, under the parent's control.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will tell existing customers directly rather than relying on you to notice.
